Christmas program and school parties...

Tuesday Ty had his school christmas program where they sang several songs and all did a great job! Ty loves to sing...he loves music and learns extremely quickly words of songs. His favorite song is (and has been for a year now) "Cruise" by Florida Georgia Line. He loves it and knows every word. When gets so excited when he sees them perform and get out his air guitar and facial expressions and jams along...He listens to our iphone music all.the.time...Luckily, he is a good little boy and asks if he can listen to the song before he plays it b/c his daddy's running songs aren't always appropriate for 3 year olds...and lets face it...some of the country songs aren't either....so, it wasn't shocking to me that ty was excited and ready to go..knowing every song and motion...he did excellent.

There's our little boy..front in center with hands in his pocket...looking so cool..haha.
getting a little bored waiting to start...

3 year olds in front..4 yeaer olds in back...
older 2's came in at the end for the grand finale...

It's true..boys love their mommy's. I loved seeing his face light up when he saw me in the auditorium and during the whole performance and then leaving...my sweet little boy..so proud!

this little elf came with me to watch big bro...
side note..the other day, Ty was  "reading" a book to Claire..and a page had a picture of a heart...and ty said, "Claire, this is your heart...where Jesus lives." so, so sweet...I almost teared up! Love that 1) Ty loves his sister..and loves to read and2) that he loves Jesus! So proud!

Last week jammie day and meeting Santa...

Thursday, was class party day...
I always start out at Hanna's class and then we migrate to Ty's room and crash his party....

This year their school did a book exchange amongst the kids in their class...such a great idea. Ty lucked out and the got a Thomas book..perfection!

Hanna loves his class and gets the baby dolls every time...

and claire HAD TO play as well..

daddy got the afternoon off so he was able to come as well...

afterwards, Claire was starving so...since it was beautiful and rain is in the weekend forecast...we stayed at the playground while the kids played..I fed Claire....
This is Ty's favorite 4 year old friend (who is actually now 5)...he talks about him everyday..he thinks it's sooo cool to play with  the "big kids." They play with them everyday on the playground..and Ty loves it..
So, It was neat to see him interacting and playing with his playground friends..so cute!

This little girl wasn't acting like herself..she was being really quiet and somber..didn't eat her cookie or drink her capri sun..2 of her favorite things. Trav and I kept looking at each other and saying, "what is wrong with her." haha... she just wanted to be held and was so quiet..not like our hanna.
Well, on the playground she let us know what was bothering her...she had the biggest poop of a lifetime...I mean, it was EVERYWHERE...all up her back, all over her clothes..just everywhere. Luckily, she waited until I was finished feeding claire and everyone had pretty much left. I had to strip her down and then go to the bathroom to finish cleaning her up. so..she left school in just a pull-up (luckily, I had one of those..haha).
So..that answered our question..apparently her tummy wasn't feeling too well..
Glad she got it ALL out! haha.

Claire news:
It's like she heard us telling stories that she was being fussy and not sleeping..bc she has slept and napped in her big girl bed the last few nights. Still wakes up to eat every 2 hours but usually will go back to sleep...she always, wiggles her way out of her diaper..so we have to change clothes, etc nightly..but, she typically will go back to sleep.
Such a big girl.
So sweet!
And, like her big bro and sis...she can't sleep without her glow worm and "snuggie."

Hope everyone has a great weekend! :)
